Can be sold plain (plain glass, no initial) or customized with up initials (up to 3 initials only). Please chose the correct option at checkout. If you order a plain glass you will NOT be able to add initials to it after checkout. 

If you chose first class mail for shipping this does NOT include insurance. You will be responsible for your package! Please purchase using priority shipping.
