POLICIES


RETURNS


Due to the natural of our custom products all sales are final. If your item is received damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. (see exchange policy.)

GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We will exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@customtumblersandstuff.com and once confirmed send your item to: PO BOX 95, BOURG, LOUISIANA 70343

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS

Absolutely no order will be cancelled once placed.

SHIPPING

Because all of our items are custom made please allow 2-3 weeks for creation and shipping of tumblers. Shirts and other custom items ship in 1-2 weeks.

Slim Vie and shape wear are available for immediate shipping, when posted on site.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your package ships we will email you a tracking number. We will not be responsible for the tracking of your package. If your package is lost or stolen you  will need to file a claim with USPS if you paid for priority mailing with insurance. If your package is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
