RETURNS
Due to the natural of our custom products all sales are final. If your item is received damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt so that a claim can be filed through your carrier. Send us an email at customerservice@customtumblersandstuff.com No refunds or exchanges will be completed by me until your item is inspected. Then the carrier will either approve or deny your claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (priority mail). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CANCELLATIONS
Absolutely no order will be cancelled or changed once placed.
SHIPPING
Because all of our items are custom made please allow 3-4 weeks for creation and shipping of tumblers. Shirts and other custom items ship in 1-2 weeks.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your package ships we will email you a tracking number. We will not be responsible for the tracking of your package. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS/UPS if you paid for priority mailing with insurance. If your package is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
